Reservations

You may reserve your stay with us by contacting us via email, social media or the contact link on our website. We accept full payment at the time of your booking. Reservations at the inn require a minimum 2-night stay.

Breakfast

A variety of complimentary breakfast items are provided each day, including fresh-from-the-oven morning pastries! Please advise us of allergies or special dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your stay.

Room Occupancy

Rates for Queen and King rooms include up to 2 people. Rates for Twin and Double rooms are based on single occupancy. Additional guests are $20 per night. Sorry, we do not have cots available. Some rooms could accommodate your own folding toddler bed.

Ensuites

This house was built in 1882 before ensuite bathrooms were a thing. It was built with indoor plumbing which was practically unheard of in rural areas back in the day! To preserve the authenticity of the house, the rooms do not have ensuites. They do, however, have vanities with mirrors and running water. Bathrooms with showers, clawfoot tubs, and toilets are located in the hallways and kept sparkling clean throughout the day. This is a common style of heritage home in other places, especially in Europe. We hope that our guests understand this arrangement and appreciate the choice to restore the home as authentically original as possible.

Pets

We have a no-pets policy. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the house or on decks or patios. Smoking is only permitted in open areas of the lawn or parking lot. Please be respectful of the property and others.

Check in/out

Guests are welcome to check in after 4:00 p.m. Earlier check-in or luggage drop-off may be possible, subject to availability. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Luggage storage may be available for later in the day.

Cancellations

If your plans change, we will offer a refund for rooms cancelled more than 60 days before arrival. With 30-60 days notice, we are able to offer a 50% refund. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days notice of the arrival date.
